We look after all your product and labour warranties. We also use industry standardized Canadian Construction Committee agreements with all the trades and facilitate the required holdbacks for your protection. The Canadian Construction Documents Committee has a 45-year history of balancing agreements between homeowners and contractors to ensure that your project has lowered risk of dispute.
