Yes – we take our all required permits for projects.
Our Site Supervisor is responsible to manage day-to-day activity at your job site, and will provide project updates.
An estimate is a guide to a renovation’s most likely price range. In most cases, this estimate is pretty accurate. A quote, on the other hand, spells out the exact price and the details or qualifiers involved.
We do bathrooms, kitchens, basements, full homes, additions, and custom builds.
We use the accredited Canadian Construction Documents Committee Contracts (CCDC). This model helps you by providing a fair, transparent, and low risk project management structure (see below for more details). It is widely-used, with more than 50,000 contracts being utilized annually.
The majority of you project is pay-as-you-go. This means you pay as the work is completed.
We belong to the Canadian Construction Association. We’re also a Baeumler-approved contractor and have our CARAHS Working At Heights training.
This depends on the project itself. A bathroom renovation can be completed in 3 weeks or less while a kitchen may take 4-5 weeks, with more extensive ones taking longer. A complete house makeover or a major addition could take 10-16 weeks. On all projects we strive to minimize the time frame.
